Managing for the Future (MF_Lab)

The axis that determines our research interests and bonds them together is based on the question of organisation in the evolving world.

MF_Lab is focused on the issues regarding management and transformation of relations between stakeholders under conditions of unstable economy; complexity of social processes and evolution of the surroundings; development of business models and management systems (in the public, business and nongovernmental sectors) in the light of radical technological, ecological and demographic changes, as well as crisis situations; shaping of innovatory ecosystems, strategic advantage and leadership; co-creation of social and economic value; public and nongovernmental organisations of the future; work, free time, management of health and quality of life; cities of the future; economy faced with economic and social inequalities, exogenous shocks and technological transformations; relations between humans and intelligent technology; development of theory and concepts in social sciences and their applicative value.
