Managing for the Future (MF_Lab)
The axis that determines our research interests and bonds them together is based on the question of organisation in the evolving world.
MF_Lab is focused on the issues regarding management and transformation of relations between stakeholders under conditions of unstable economy; complexity of social processes and evolution of the surroundings; development of business models and management systems (in the public, business and nongovernmental sectors) in the light of radical technological, ecological and demographic changes, as well as crisis situations; shaping of innovatory ecosystems, strategic advantage and leadership; co-creation of social and economic value; public and nongovernmental organisations of the future; work, free time, management of health and quality of life; cities of the future; economy faced with economic and social inequalities, exogenous shocks and technological transformations; relations between humans and intelligent technology; development of theory and concepts in social sciences and their applicative value.

Managing for the Future Lab (MF_Lab, POB FutureSoc) serdecznie zaprasza na kolejne wydarzenie z cyklu MF_talks. Na najbliższym spotkaniu (25.02.2021, 16:30-18:00) przedmiotem dyskusji będą wyzwania walki z COVID-19.
Spróbujemy poszukać odpowiedzi na istotne dla nas wszystkich pytania dotyczące zarządzania zdrowiem publicznym, systemu szczepień oraz aktualnych prób pokonania pandemii. Do udziału w dyskusji zostali zaproszeni:
- dr Magdalena Kozela (Instytut Zdrowia Publicznego Uniwersytet Jagielloński -Collegium
Medicum) - dr hab. Józef Maciuszek, prof, UJ (Instytut Psychologii Stosowanej, Uniwersytet Jagielloński)
- dr Rafał Mostowy (Małopolskie Centrum Biotechnologii, Uniwersytet Jagielloński)
Moderatorem będzie dr Malwina Popiołek (MF_Lab).

MF_talks to cyklicznie odbywające się spotkania dyskusyjne poświęcone interdyscyplinarnym zagadnieniom z obszaru szeroko rozumianego zarządzania. Celem spotkań jest zwrócenie uwagi na problemy istotne z punktu widzenia społeczeństwa przyszłości i poddanie ich naukowej, interdyscyplinarnej refleksji. Wstępem do wspólnej dyskusji są krótkie prezentacje wyników badań. Propozycje tematyczne do kolejnych spotkań można zgłaszać mailowo na adres: mflab@uj.edu.pl
